Old Navy

The best Old Navy to go to in my opinion! All the associates and managers were extremely helpful and very nice when I asked them questions and for help getting a pair of jeans in my size. Not sure why some are disgruntled about a corporate return policy in other reviews though. I cant say I’ve witnessed a customer being ignored durring my time in the store. I’ll be coming back to specifically this location.

After a rude experience at the Roosevelt location, I came here to shop and the experience was wonderful! Helpful team, super clean and organized and had everything I needed. Team was super nice, and while they heavily pushed the credit card (I understand that’s part of their KPI goals) and they were fine when I declined. Highly recommend!

This location itself is fine, but the manager was completely unhelpful with return as well - this review is for Old Navy generally. I am absolutely disgusted with the new Old Navy policy and process for returns. I have never had an issue with returning items at Old Navy and their policy has changed - FYI to long time shoppers, I was one and no longer will be shopping there or any of their other stores. Do not even attempt to get merchandise credit or a refund if your return is more than 30 days old, there are NO EXCEPTIONS. Their new third party (who they force you to work with) and customer service are completely unhelpful, don’t even waste your time attempting to get your money back. Disgusted the company is that money hungry to lose customers with this bogus policy.

This store is unbelievably big, and has a huge variety of men, women, and children clothing. The staff will have greeted you immediately. And I really like the quality of the clothes here, it’s not too pricey it's at an okay range and. A lot of good offers on clothing, there is also cute clothes. The staff was so friendly and ready to help, they really went above and beyond to help you, and took time to ask and tell me about all the deals in the store. And as per usual the store was clean & well organized. Prices were incredible. All the checking out I've ever done has gone very smoothly, Lots of different sizes for each style. Great choice of clothing and value for money. Would definitely come back again.

They are flexible about exchanges and returns, and possible refunds with such a grand selection of in season styles for the local population it will surprise people you can shop in person or online and get the greatest amount of personal satisfaction than anywhere else even when it's highly likely you can shop for someone else particularly online and it will be just what the doctor ordered when you can care that much as well, hopefully! It's a great store for families and extended families and individuals! They need your business and present themselves with service with a smile! I'm happy, I invested in a gift card and bought what I most needed at the moment and more because they have a lot to offer with fewer customers in the store after the weekend was over. You will like it's not loud with too much pop music playing too loudly on the PA or public address system in the store. I felt better and more free and great to shop than I've ever felt in such a long time! Thank-you!

If you are African American stay out of here. The employees will only look at you, not offer assistance. The ring out process will seem like just that, a transactional process, nothing more, no greeting, no enthusiasm, no fake conversation about the nice weather. Get it together. Black people are everywhere. Get used to it or find another place of employment perhaps!
